This program will provide participating practitioners the ability to identify frequent office maladies and inform them of the latest trends in medicine. This program is most relevant to primary care physicians, internal medicine physicians and surgeons, as well as physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners.

The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation designated this program for a maximum of
9 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits (with completion of post-program survey)
and will report CME in accordance with the extent of the physicians’ participation in this activity. No credit will be given to those physicians who fail to turn in their attestation form before departing the conference.
The Ohio Board of Nursing will accept, at face value, the number of hours awarded for an educational activity that has been approved for CE, provided it was approved by a nationally accredited system of CE approval.
